Mark Kolibas is the founder and President of Trident Consulting LLC, and is a recognized leader that provides value creation services in the areas of strategic business alignment; marketing, branding and re-positioning as well as high end sales training and development for its clients.
With 25+ years of management experience with F500 companies, leading technology, software and consulting organizations, and a decade with PeopleSoft (now Oracle) serving in executive marketing, and field sales leaderships positions, Mark has the tenure, experience and insight to make an immediate and long-term contribution to your business. From 1997 to 1999, he was instrumental in establishing and building PeopleSoft's Financial Services Industry business unit as its revenues grew to $200 million during that 3-year period.
More recently, Mark has served in an executive management role as VP of the Eastern Region for a leading Human Capital Management solutions company where he provided strategic direction and leadership for the field sales and service organizations.
Mark has consistently achieved significant revenue targets by guiding the field sales, customer service, and channel teams in their efforts to acquire new customers and build stronger relationships with existing customers.
In 2007, Mark launched Trident Consulting, LLC. As president, his mission is to create value for small and mid-market companies and divisions of F1000 companies by helping them to accelerate profitable revenue growth and to increase valuation. Trident helps executives and management teams build their businesses by using Trident’s Revenue Acceleration Program (RAP). He helps executives improve top-line revenue growth, profits, and valuation by applying his experience and actionable strategies and tactics to real-world business situations.

Mr. Kolibas holds an M.B.A. from Seton Hall University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Rowan University. He is an active member of both professional and community organizations.
